New Issue: HSBC prices $566,000 buffered AMPS linked to iShares MSCI EM fund

New York, June 25 - HSBC USA Inc. priced $566,000 of 0% buffered Accelerated Market Participation Securities due Dec. 28, 2011 linked to the iShares MSCI Emerging Markets index fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The payout at maturity will be par plus double any increase in the exchange-traded fund's share price, up to a maximum return of 20%. Investors will share in any losses beyond 10%.
