New Issue: HSBC prices $527,000 market participation notes linked to three indexes

Milwaukee, May 25 - HSBC USA Inc. priced $527,000 of 0% market participation notes due May 27, 2016 linked to a basket of indexes, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The equally weighted basket includes the Dow Jones Euro Stoxx 50 index, the Hang Seng index and the S&P 500 index.
The payout at maturity will be par plus the basket return, subject to a minimum payout of par and a maximum payout of 145% of par.
