New Issue: HSBC prices $255,000 AMPS linked to iShares MSCI Emerging Markets fund

New York, March 26 - HSBC USA Inc. priced $255,000 of 0% Accelerated Market Participation Securities due April 29, 2011 linked to the iShares MSCI Emerging Markets index fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The payout at maturity will be par plus triple any fund gain, up to a maximum return of 24%.

Investors will share in any losses.
