Tacoma, Wash., Feb. 23 - HSBC USA Inc. priced $266,000 of 0% Accelerated Market Participation Securities due May 24, 2011 linked to the iShares MSCI Emerging Markets index fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par plus triple any increase in the exchange-traded fund's share price, subject to a maximum return of 27%. Investors will be exposed to any share price decline.
