Chicago, Oct. 27 - HSBC USA Inc. priced $333,000 of 0% uncapped market participation securities with partial protection due Oct. 29, 2012 linked to the Dow Jones Industrial Average, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par plus 1.05 times any index gain.
Investors will receive par if the index falls by up to 10% and will lose 1% for each 1% drop beyond 10%.
