New York, July 17 - HSBC USA Inc. priced $2.055 million of equity buffer notes due July 21, 2010 linked to the iShares MSCI Emerging Markets index fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
At maturity, investors will receive par plus 106% of any increase in the fund's share price. Investors will receive par for losses up to 15% and will lose 1% for each 1% the share price declines beyond 15%.
