New Issue: HSBC prices $6.97 million 7.4% autocallable yield notes on Russell, Nasdaq

New York, Feb. 12 – HSBC USA Inc. priced $6.97 million of autocallable yield notes due Aug. 12, 2025 linked to the Russell 2000 index and Nasdaq-100 index,, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The securities will be called automatically if the level of the worst performing index is greater than or equal to its initial level on any semiannual determination date.

Investors will receive a coupon of 7.4%, paid semiannually.

If the worst performing index ends above its downside threshold, 75% of its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus the coupon. Otherwise investors will lose 1% for every 1% that the worst performing index declines.
