Chicago, Jan. 8 – HSBC USA Inc. priced $783,000 of 0% dual directional buffered notes due Jan. 28, 2025 linked to the S&P 500 index and Russell 2000 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the worst performing index gains the payout will be par plus 100% of the worst performing index return subject to a maximum return of par plus 36.2%.
The payout will be par plus the absolute value of the worst performing index return if the worst performing index declines but by no more than the 10% threshold.
Investors will lose 1% for every 1% that the worst performing index declines beyond the threshold.
The securities are non-callable.
