New Issue: HSBC prices $264,000 0% buffered AMPS linked to Nasdaq, Russell

Chicago, Oct. 11 – HSBC USA Inc. priced $264,000 of 0% buffered accelerated market participation securities due Oct. 7, 2024 linked to the least performing of the Nasdaq-100 index and Russell 2000 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the worst performing index gains the payout at maturity will be par plus 150% of the worst performing index return subject to a maximum return of par plus 34.7%. Investors will receive par if the worst performing index declines but ends above the 80% buffer level and will lose 1% for every 1% that the worst performing index declines beyond the 20% buffer.
