Chicago, Oct. 2 – HSBC USA Inc. priced $334,000 of 0% dual directional buffered notes due Sept. 30, 2024 linked to the least performing of the Nasdaq-100 index and Russell 2000 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the worst performing index gains the payout will be par plus the worst performing index return subject to a maximum return of par plus 35.35%.
The payout will be par plus the absolute value of the worst performing index return if the worst performing index declines but by no more than the 15% buffer.
Investors will lose 1% for every 1% that the worst performing index declines beyond the buffer.
The securities are non-callable.
