New Issue: HSBC prices $2.5 million accelerated market participation securities on S&P

Columbus, Ohio, July 31 – HSBC USA Inc. priced $2.5 million of 0% accelerated market participation securities due Sept. 30, 2024 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the index gains, the payout at maturity will be par plus 300% of the index return, subject to a maximum return of par plus 13%.
Investors will have full exposure to any index decline.
