New Issue: HSBC sells $2.25 million autocallable barrier notes with step-up premium on three indexes

By William Gullotti

Buffalo, N.Y., July 28 – HSBC USA Inc. priced $2.25 million of 0% autocallable barrier notes with step-up premium due July 25, 2028 linked to the lesser performing of the Nasdaq-100 index, the Dow Jones industrial average and the Russell 2000 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes will be called at par plus a 9% annual call premium if each index closes at or above its initial level on any monthly observation date after one year.
