New Issue: HSBC prices $901,000 callable notes with contingent return linked to Ross Stores

New York, June 5 – HSBC USA Inc. priced $901,000 of 15%, paid quarterly, if the underlying stock closes at or above its barrier level on the related quarterly observation date callable notes with contingent return due July 18, 2024 linked to the common stock of Ross Stores, Inc., according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes may be called starting on Oct. 17, 2022 and on any subsequent quarterly observation date.

The payout at maturity will be par if the stock finishes at or above its barrier level, 58.75% of its initial level. Investors will lose 1% for every 1% that the stock declines if it finishes below the barrier level.
