Chicago, May 5 – HSBC USA Inc. priced $1.2 million of 0% market participation securities due July 29, 2024 tied to the performance of the Nasdaq-100 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the return of the index is positive, the payout at maturity will be par plus the index return up to a maximum return of par plus 7%.
Otherwise, investors will receive par.
