Tacoma, Wash., May 4 – HSBC USA Inc. priced $559,000 of 0% barrier digital notes due June 9, 2023 linked to the Dow Jones industrial average, the Russell 2000 index and the Nasdaq-100 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the least-performing index’s return is greater than or equal to negative 30%, the payout at maturity will be par plus 10.15%. Otherwise, investors will be exposed to the decline of the least-performing index.
