New Issue: HSBC sells $205,000 buffered accelerated market participation notes on NYSE FANG+

Chicago, March 2 – HSBC USA Inc. priced $205,000 of 0% buffered accelerated market participation securities due May 27, 2025 linked to the NYSE FANG+ index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the index return is positive, the payout at maturity will be par plus double the index return, capped at par plus 43.25%.
Investors will receive par if the index falls by 15% or less and will lose 1% for every 1% decline beyond the 15% buffer.
