Columbus, Ohio, Jan. 31 – HSBC USA Inc. priced $4.14 million of 0% accelerated market participation securities due March 28, 2024 based on the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par plus triple any index gain, up to a maximum return of 18.26%.
Investors will be exposed to any index decline.
