New Issue: HSBC sells $10.55 million 6.1% autocallable yield notes tied to EAFE ETF, S&P index

Buffalo, N.Y., April 29 – HSBC USA Inc. priced $10.55 million of 6.1% autocallable yield notes due July 31, 2023 linked to the performance of the iShares MSCI EAFE ETF and the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Interest is payable semiannually.

The notes will be called at par if each underlier closes at or above its initial level on any semiannual call date.

The payout at maturity will be par unless any underlier finishes below its 80% trigger level, in which case investors will lose 1.25% for every 1% decline of the worst performer below 20%.
