New Issue: HSBC prices $912,000 barrier digital notes on Russell, Dow, Nasdaq

Buffalo, N.Y., April 18 – HSBC USA Inc. priced $912,000 of 0% barrier digital notes due May 18, 2023 linked to the lesser performing of the Nasdaq-100 index, the Dow Jones industrial average and the Russell 2000 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If each index finishes at or above its 60% trigger level, the payout at maturity will be par plus 5.3%.
Otherwise, investors will be fully exposed to the decline of the worst performer from its initial level.
