New Issue: HSBC sells $3 million jump securities on iShares U.S. Real Estate

Columbus, Ohio, April 5 – HSBC USA Inc. priced $3 million of 0% jump securities due April 13, 2023 linked to the iShares U.S. Real Estate ETF, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the ETF return is zero or positive, the payout at maturity will be par plus 13.35%. Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for each 1% decline from the initial level.
Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC is the agent, with Morgan Stanley Smith Barney LLC handling distribution.
