New Issue: HSBC prices $20,000 barrier uncapped market participation notes on Russell, S&P

Chicago, Jan. 14 – HSBC USA Inc. priced $20,000 of 0% barrier uncapped market participation securities due June 24, 2024 tied to the Russell 2000 index and the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the return of each index is positive, the payout at maturity will be par plus 1.22 times the return of the lesser performing index.
Investors will receive par either index falls by up to 5%.
Otherwise, investors will be fully exposed to the lesser performing index’s decline from its initial level.
