Chicago, Dec. 23 – HSBC USA Inc. priced $375,000 of 0% buffered accelerated market participation securities due Feb. 29, 2024 linked to the iShares MSCI Emerging Markets ETF, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the fund return is positive, the payout at maturity will be par plus 200% of the fund return, capped at par plus 13.25%.
Investors will receive par if the fund falls by 10% or less and will lose 1% for every 1% decline beyond the 10% buffer.
