Los Angeles, March 1 – HSBC USA Inc. priced $657,000 of 0% buffered Market Participation Securities due Jan. 29, 2026 tied to the S&P 500 ESG index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par plus any index gain, capped at par plus 29.2%.
Investors will receive par if the index falls by up to 15% and will lose 1% for each 1% decline beyond 15%.
