Columbus, Ohio, Feb. 16 – HSBC USA Inc. priced $441,000 of 0% buffered Accelerated Market Participation Securities due Feb. 3, 2023 tied to lesser-performing of the Dow Jones industrial average the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par plus 2 times any lesser-performing index gain, capped at par plus 18%.
Investors will receive par if the lesser-performing index falls by up to 10% and will lose 1% for each 1% decline of the lesser-performing index beyond 10%.
