Columbus, Ohio, Feb. 3 – HSBC USA Inc. priced $14.67 million of 0% Accelerated Return Notes due March 25, 2022 linked to the MSCI EAFE index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par plus triple any index gain, up to a maximum payout of par plus 13.6%. Investors will be exposed to any index decline.
