New Issue: HSBC prices $475,000 barrier uncapped market participation notes on indexes

New York, Dec. 24 – HSBC USA Inc. priced $475,000 of 0% barrier uncapped market participation securities due Dec. 10, 2025 tied to the Dow Jones industrial average, the Russell 2000 index and the Nasdaq-100 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the return of each index is positive, the payout at maturity will be par plus 1.87 times the return of the least performing index
Investors will receive par if any index falls by not more than 15%.
Otherwise, investors will be fully exposed to the lesser performing index’s decline from its initial level.
