New Issue: HSBC sells $1.02 million digital index-linked notes on MSCI EAFE

Chicago, Nov. 9 – HSBC USA Inc. priced $1.02 million of 0% digital index-linked notes due Aug. 17, 2022 tied to the MSCI EAFE index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the index finishes at or above 87.5% of its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus 10.15%.
Otherwise, investors will lose 1.1429% for each 1% decline of the index beyond 12.5%.
