New Issue: HSBC Bank prices $700 million 7% bank notes due 2039 at Treasuries plus 240 bps

Omaha, June 11 - HSBC Bank USA, NA priced $700 million 7% bank notes due Jan. 15, 2039 on Wednesday to yield Treasuries plus 240 basis points, market sources said.

The non-callable notes (Aa3/AA-/AA-) priced at 98.797 to yield 7.096%.

HSBC Securities Inc. was the bookrunner.

The subsidiary of financial services company HSBC Group is based in London.
