American Capital to redeem $350 million 6½% notes due 2018 on Sept. 15

Morgantown, W.Va., July 1 – American Capital, Ltd. will redeem all $350 million of its 6½% senior notes due 2018 on Sept. 15, according to an 8-K filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes will be redeemed at 101.625 plus accrued interest to, but excluding, the redemption date.

The private equity firm and global asset manager is based in Bethesda, Md.
