India's HOV could issue convertibles

Chicago, June 14 - HOV Services Ltd. notified the Bombay Stock Exchange that the company is considering issuing convertible bonds, Global Depositary Receipts, American Depositary Receipts or equity shares, according to a press release.

The company's board will meet on June 15 to discuss issuing securities.

HOV Services is a business-processing outsourcing company based in Pune, India.
