Houston Higher Education to sell $77.08 million KIPP refunding bonds

New York, April 7 – The Houston Higher Education Finance Corp. of Texas is set to price $77.08 million of series 2015 education revenue refunding bonds for KIPP Inc. on April 14, according to a preliminary official statement.
The bonds will be sold competitively with USCA Municipal Advisors LLC as the financial adviser.
The bonds are due 2015 to 2044.
Proceeds will be used to refund the corporation’s series 2006A and 2009A education revenue bonds.
