Fitch rates Houston Community College bonds AA

Fitch Ratings said it gave an AA rating to Houston Community College System, Texas' $55 million of maintenance tax notes, series 2008, and affirmed the AA rating on the system's outstanding $137.6 million of limited tax bonds and $11.5 million of maintenance tax notes.

The outlook is stable.

Sale of the notes is scheduled on Feb. 12 via negotiation.
