American Builders calls $300 million of 5 5/8% senior notes due 2021
New York, March 17 – American Builders & Contractors Supply Co., Inc. will redeem $300 million of its 5 5/8% senior notes due 2021 on April 15, according to a notice from the issuer.
Holders will receive 102.813% of par.
The company originally issued $500 million of the notes in April 2013.
American Builders is a Beloit, Wis.-based building products distributor.
