India's Hotel Leelaventure proposes to issue convertible debentures

Knoxville, Tenn., June 25 - Hotel Leelaventure Ltd. informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that it will vote on plans to issue convertible debentures at a board of directors meeting on June 27.

The company also is considering issuing Global Depositary Receipts and American Depositary Receipts.

Hotel Leelaventure is a Mumbai, India-based owner of luxury hotels and resorts.
