Host Marriott calls 10% preferreds
New York, April 20 - Host Marriott Corp. said it will redeem its $100 million of 10% class B cumulative redeemable preferred stock on May 20.
The Bethesda, Md., owner of upscale and luxury hotels will pay $25.00 per share plus accrued dividends of $0.2431 to the redemption date.
