Host Hotels to redeem all $250 million of its 6 7/8% notes on May 29

Minneapolis, May 1 - Host Hotels & Resorts, Inc. said Host Hotels & Resorts, LP plans to redeem the remaining $250 million of its 6 7/8% series S senior notes due 2014.

The notes will be redeemed on May 29, according to an 8-K filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Host Hotels is a real estate investment trust based in Bethesda, Md., that owns and operates hotel properties.
