Hostess Brands name to change to Old HB upon closing of asset sale

Pittsburgh, April 17 - Hostess Brands, Inc. received court approval to change its name to Old HB, Inc. in connection with the order approving the sale of its Hostess and Dolly Madison assets, according to a Wednesday filing with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York.
In addition, the company's name will be changed upon closing of the asset sale.
Hostess Brands, an Irving, Texas-based operator of regional bakeries, filed for bankruptcy on Jan. 11, 2012. Its Chapter 11 case number is 12-22052.
