Hostess Brands reports $4.4 million of EBITDA for June 3 to June 30

Pittsburgh, Aug. 3 - Hostess Brands, Inc. posted $4.4 million of EBITDA for the period of June 3 to June 30 on $186.31 million in net revenues, according to its monthly operating report filed Friday with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York.
The company also reported an operating loss of $2.91 million and a net loss of $2.13 million for the June period. As of June 30, the company reported cash on hand of $45.79 million.
The company's last report, for the period of April 29 to June 2, showed $6.74 million of EBITDA on net revenues of $232.8 million. The company also reported a $4.3 million operating loss and a $4.5 million net loss for that period, with $56.47 million of cash on hand as of June 2.
Hostess Brands, an Irving, Texas-based operator of regional bakeries, filed for bankruptcy on Jan. 11, 2012. Its Chapter 11 case number is 12-22052.
