Hostess reports negative $3.68 million of EBITDA for November period

Pittsburgh, Dec. 21 - Hostess Brands, Inc. posted negative $3.68 million of EBITDA on net revenues of $164.02 million for the period of Oct. 21 through Nov. 17, according to its monthly operating report filed Friday with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York.
In comparison, Hostess reported negative $1.25 million of EBITDA on net revenues of $175.05 million for the period of Sept. 23 through Oct. 20.
The company also reported an operating loss of $11.96 million and a net loss of $14.14 million for the November period.
For the October period, the operating loss was $9.24 million and the net loss was $11.4 million.
Cash on hand as of Nov. 17 was $32.04 million, down from $38.55 million on Oct. 20.
Hostess Brands, an Irving, Texas-based operator of regional bakeries, filed for bankruptcy on Jan. 11, 2012. Its Chapter 11 case number is 12-22052.
