New York, June 17 - The Puerto Rico Industrial, Tourist, Educational, Medical and Environmental Control Facilities Financing Authority priced $101.03 million of series 2011A hospital revenue and refunding bonds for the Hospital Auxilio Mutuo Obligated Group, said a pricing sheet.
The bonds were sold through J.P. Morgan Securities LLC and Morgan Stanley & Co. Inc. with FirstBank Puerto Rico Securities and Popular Securities as the co-managers.
The bonds are due 2015 to 2021 with term bonds due in 2026 and 2033. The serial bonds have 5% coupons. The 2026 bonds have a 6.25% coupon priced at 102.138. The 2033 bonds have a 6% coupon priced at 98.499.
Proceeds will be used to expand existing hospital facilities, as well as refund the obligated group's series 1995 and 1997 bonds.
