New Issue: Clarke County, Ga., hospital authority sells $65.71 million Athens Regional bonds

New York, March 20 - The Hospital Authority of Clarke County of Georgia sold $65,705,000 of series 2012 refunding revenue certificates for the Athens Regional Medical Center, according to a term sheet.

The bonds (Aa1/AA/) were sold through Morgan Keegan & Co. Inc.

The bonds are due 2013 to 2029 with a term bond due in 2032. The serial coupons range from 3% to 5%. The 2032 bonds have a split maturity with a 4% coupon priced at 98.383 and a 5% coupon priced at 108.173.

Proceeds will be used to refund the medical center's series 1999 and 2000 revenue certificates.
