Hospital Authority No. 2 of Douglas County, Neb., to sell $59.935 million bonds

New York, July 17 - The Hospital Authority No. 2 of Douglas County in Nebraska plans to price $59.935 million in series 2008B health facilities revenue refunding bonds, according to a preliminary official statement.

The bonds (A2) will be sold on a negotiated basis with Piper Jaffray as the senior manager.

The bonds are due 2013 to 2023 with term bonds due 2028 and 2032.

Proceeds from the sale will be used for capital improvements at Children's Hospital, as well as for the refunding of the hospital's outstanding series 2007A and 2007B bonds.
