Faith Regional Health Services, Neb., to price $65.24 million revenue and refunding bonds

Springdale, Ark., June 23 - Faith Regional Health Services plans to price $65.235 million revenue and refunding bonds through the Hospital Authority No. 1 of Madison County, Neb., a hospital source said Monday.

The bonds (/BBB/) are expected to price in early July.

The $41.465 million series 2008A1 hospital revenue bonds have serial maturities from 2009 through 2028 and a term maturity in 2033.

The $23.77 million series 2008A2 revenue refunding bonds have serial maturities from 2009 through 2021.

Wells Fargo Brokerage Services will manage the negotiated sale.

Proceeds will be used to refund $10.125 million series 1998 bonds maturing on and after July 1, 2009, to advance refund $13.095 million from the series 2001 bonds and to pay for a four-story addition to the existing hospital facility in Norfolk, Neb.
