Horizon Active Asset Allocation Fund now seeks capital appreciation

Minneapolis, March 15 - Horizon Active Asset Allocation Fund announced that its investment objective will change to capital appreciation from total return, effective in mid-May, according to a 497 filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

In addition, the fund has specified that it will invest a majority of its assets in exchange-traded funds that invest primarily in equity securities.

The fund's investment adviser is Charlotte, N.C.-based Horizon Investments, LLC.
