New Issue: Honolulu Board of Water Supply sells $85.19 million revenue bonds

New York, March 15 - The Honolulu Board of Water Supply priced $85,185,000 of series 2012A water system revenue bonds, according to a pricing sheet.
The bonds were sold through lead manager Bank of America Merrill Lynch.
The bonds are due 2012 to 2033 with 2% to 5% coupons.
Proceeds will be used to refund the board's series 2001, 2004A and 2006A bonds.
