City and County of Honolulu to price $117.75 million in wastewater system revenue bonds

New York, April 17 - The City and County of Honolulu in Hawaii intends to price $117.75 million in junior series 2008A wastewater system revenue bonds, according to a preliminary official statement.

The bonds (A1/A+/A+) will be sold on a negotiated basis through lead manager UBS Investment Bank.

The bonds are due 2008 to 2028 with term bonds due 2032.

The offering is expected to price during the week of April 21, but no exact pricing date has been set at this time, the issuer told Prospect News.

Proceeds will be used to refund the city and county's series 2003A-2 and 2003B-2 wastewater revenue bonds.
