New Issue: ABN Amro prices $200,000 9.5% reverse convertibles linked to Honeywell

Chicago, June 27 - ABN Amro Bank NV priced $200,000 of 9.5% Knock-In Reverse Exchangeable notes due June 30, 2009 linked to Honeywell International Inc. shares, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Payout at maturity will be par in cash unless Honeywell shares fall below the protection price - 85% of the initial price - during the life of the notes and finishes below the initial price, in which case the payout will be a number of Honeywell shares equal to $1,000 divided by the initial share price.
