Homburg Invest CCAA protection application approved by Quebec court

Pittsburgh, Sept. 12 - Homburg Invest Inc.'s Companies' Creditors Arrangement Act application has been granted by the Quebec Superior Court, according to a news release.

Samson Belair/Deloitte & Touche Inc. is the court-appointed monitor that will oversee Homburg's CCAA proceedings.

Based in Halifax, N.S., Homburg owns a portfolio of real estate, including office, retail, industrial and residential apartment and townhouse properties in Canada, the United States and Europe.
