Chicago, Sept. 14 – HollyFrontier Corp. plans to sell fixed-rate senior notes in two tranches, according to a 424B5 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes will be able to be redeemed at the greater of par or a make-whole amount until a specified par call date.

BofA Securities Inc., Citigroup Global Markets Inc., MUFG and TD Securities (USA) LLC are working as joint bookrunners for the offering.

The Dallas-based petroleum refiner will use the proceeds for general corporate purposes, which may include capital expenditures.
