New Issue: Holland School District, Mich., prices $55.1 million of refunding bonds

New York, May 28 - Holland School District of Michigan sold $55.1 million of series 2014 unlimited tax general obligation refunding bonds, according to a pricing sheet.

The bonds (/AA/) were sold through Huntington Investment Co. and Stifel, Nicolaus & Co.

The bonds are due 2020 to 2035 with 2.5% to 5% coupons and 1.85% to 4.00% yields.

Proceeds will be used to refund the district's series 2010B school building and site bonds.
